The Lincoln Artists’ Guild (LAG) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 1920 to promote and encourage artists’ development at all levels. It is an organization open to all people with a common goal to advance the visual arts. The Lincoln Artists’ Guild supports members in four key ways:
LAG provides encouragement to all artists and craftsman at all levels.
LAG provides a variety of educational opportunities, workshops, lectures, and discussions throughout the year.
LAG provides a forum in which the community can appreciate the visual arts through exhibits and community outreach.
LAG provides opportunities to explore artistic expression with support from fellow artists.

LAG membership provides a variety of benefits and opportunities for visual artists of all levels, including participation in monthly educational programs, exhibition in the LAG Gallery, participation in competitive shows, and membership in the Association of Nebraska Art Clubs, INC (ANAC).
